You may preorder Truffles, Truffles and Oreos, Chocolate Dipped Oreos, Coffee Mugs and T-shirts on the form. When you pick them up at MerryMeet, you may use cash or credit card to pay for the items. We cannot accept out of state checks. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. Please be sure to bring that email to pick and pay for your order, available in the Vendor Room.

Be sure and order them now so they are available when you check in at Registration.

Please fill out the form below and be sure to list the items you want and how many in the Pre-order Box below. We will hold your items for your arrival at MerryMeet. They will be available for pick-up in the Vendor Room. Please bring your confirmation email with you to pick up your items.

Mugs

We will be selling our custom made coffee mugs throughout the day and at the coffee house. They are a beautiful cobalt blue with “Crossroads 2009 Responsibility * Accountability * Sustainability” printed in lime green. They hold a whopping 15 oz for $7, which includes one free cup of regular joe.

At Mulah’s Coffee House, you will be served by Linda and Erika, the Barista Witches, brewing up some yummy coffee. Our drink options are:

Regular cup o’ Joe $1.50

Cappuccino $2.50

Latte $2.50

Iced Chai $2.00

Extra espresso shots 50 cents

To go with that cup o’ joe, we will have slices of the Boca Negra Cake for $3 per slice. And other homemade goodies.

Chocolates

Hand-made truffles from chocolatejuju made specially for us, by master chocolate maker Julien. Her truffles are a mainstay at the Original Renissance Faire in Southern California. She has a large following throughout California and her chocolate is sought after by aficionacos across the country, including the band Beltain.
